Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. Because some of our products are made-to-order or shipped from different fulfillment partners, return eligibility varies by product type.

Print-on-Demand Items

Items fulfilled through our print partner are custom made once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or design preference changes

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Apparel & Lounge Wear

For lounge wear and apparel items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within **7 days of delivery**

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the eligible item for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
