Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

Because some of our products are made-to-order or shipped from different fulfillment partners, processing times may vary depending on the item ordered.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Medina Moda Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
